Return and Refund Policy

At Cablify Store, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items, such as personal care items, gift cards, and downloadable software, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and security reasons.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your RA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Note: Unauthorized returns without an RA number may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.


5. Exchanges

We offer free replacements for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened personal care or wearable tech products (e.g., smart bracelets)

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
